Stat Geek Alert: Year-to-date, Downtown has inked 306 contracts vs. 192 for the Upper East Side. However, the Upper East Side has recently outpaced Downtown 4 out of the last 8 weeks.

A 42-foot living room, the master bedroom, and a gallery face Central Park. The seller purchased the unit from the sponsor in June 2021 for $19,193,500. The seller purchased the unit from the sponsor for $26 million in June 2019. The 42-unit, 52-story building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
