The No. 1 contract was PHA at 67 Vestry Street, asking $48 million, raised from $43.5 million when the building started marketing in November 2020. The condo triplex penthouse has 6,207 square feet including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a library, and 2 powder rooms. Four terraces total 1,875 square feet. The bottom floor (11th floor) has all the bedrooms; two of the bedrooms and a media room span 56 feet overlooking the Hudson River. Upstairs (12th floor) is a living room and dining room that open onto another terrace, which also overlooks the river. The top floor is a rooftop terrace with river views. The penthouse is the final unit to sell in the building; previous sales averaged $3,578/sq.ft. A 52-foot living room and dining room have almost 11-foot ceilings and face the Hudson River. A 23-foot master bedroom opens onto a balcony. Stairs lead to an over 2,000-square-foot terrace with a hot tub that overlooks the Hudson River. This 11-story building was designed by BKSK architects and Leroy Street Studio and started marketing in September; 8 of 14 units have sold averaging $5,482/sq.ft. Amenities include a doorman, porte-cochere, automated parking garage, a lounge, fitness room, lap pool, and hot tub.
