The No. 2 contract was PHA at 211 West 84th Street, asking $26,950,000. The penthouse, sold off floorplans, has 6,679 square feet including 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. A living room, library, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, all open onto 754-square-foot terrace.
The building is called The Henry, an 18-story, 45-unit condo, designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern.
