The No. 1 contract was 47BC at 1 Central Park West, asking $27,500,000; it has been on and off the market since September 2022, starting as high as $39,000,000. The condo has 6,360 square feet including 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. A living room, library, dining room, den, and master bedroom span over 75 feet overlooking Central Park. The seller paid $25,000,000 in March 2018 and then extensively renovated. Amenities in this Trump International Hotel & Tower unit include a concierge, doorman, fitness center, and a 55-foot indoor pool. On the ground floor is Nougatine, Jean Georges’ Michelin two-star restaurant. Monthly common charges and real estate taxes total $26,798.
The No. 2 contract was a townhouse at 110 East 70th Street, asking $25 million; it has been on and off the market since March 2022, starting as high as $32 million. The 20-foot-wide, 6-story house was purchased for $10 million in July 2012 and underwent a multi-year renovation by architect Steven Harris.
The house has 10,325 square feet including 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. It has an elevator and a 28-foot pool in the basement. Annual real estate taxes are $132,683.
