The No. 1 contract was 23 at 50 Central Park South, asking $34 million, reduced from $37 million when it was listed in June 2022. The No. 2 contract was 50N at 50 West 66th Street, asking $23 million; it started marketing off of floorplans last summer. The condo has 3,395 square feet including 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It has 13-foot high ceilings, views of Central Park and the Hudson River, plus a loggia off the living room. Amenities include doormen, a fitness center, indoor lap pool, an outdoor saltwater pool and jacuzzi, basketball and pickleball courts, screening room, game room, bike room, and dog-washing facility.
