25 Contracts Signed
Twenty-five contracts were signed last week at $4 million and above, but any New Yorker who’s focusing on the Manhattan luxury real estate market…well, they’ve got no soul. THE METS ARE IN THE WORLD SERIES!!!!!
The No. 1 contract was PHB at 36 Bleecker Street, asking $19,995,000, reduced from $23 million when it started on the market in June 2013, offered off of floorplans in a new condo called The Schumacher. This 20-unit building was a former printing plant converted to a condo that started closings last month.
