The No. 1 contract was 5H at 443 Greenwich Street, asking $15.9 million; it was listed in the beginning of February. The condo has 3,949 square feet including 4 bedrooms (the master is 25 feet long) and 4.5 bathrooms. It also features huge arched windows surrounding a 19’ x 30’ living room. The seller paid $13,749,429 in July 2017.
443 Greenwich Street is a former factory built in the 1880s that was converted into a 53-unit condo in 2015; it retains some of the original details like large windows, huge shutters, and wood beams. The No. 2 contract was PH at 190 Riverside Drive, asking $15 million; it was listed last May. The penthouse is owned by comedian Amy Schumer, who bought the unit in October 2016 for $12,147,722. Amenities include doormen, bike room, and garage. As for Schumer, she bought a townhouse in Brooklyn Heights.
